This is part of Balboa Park, in the Southeast corner. It's a pretty cool little park. I think it'd be a great place to have a picnic. There's a short hiking trail (and you can also connect to longer Balboa Park hiking trails if you want).

| There was this weird makeshift fence. Obviously a lot of work had been put into it, but it seemed like it wasn't really blocking off anything. |

| Later I walked around Balboa Park and ended up watching a Christmas concert at the Organ Pavaillion! The sunset was spectacular. I wish the camera could capture the color better. |
